Peter is an expert in self-insurance and risk management and lectures in risk management at a post-graduate level at Swinburne University.
Peter has 20 years experience in developing and directing risk management programs for businesses of all sizes. He has worked in most employment sectors and project managed the implementation of organisation-wide workers compensation and safety management change systems.

Lana Rubinstein, Principal Consultant
Lana is an expert in the field of workplace risk, a combined approach to safety and Workers’ Compensation disciplines.
Lana has partnered a number of organisations to effectively develop and implement safety and workers’ compensation management systems. She has project-managed programs that positively impacted on the clients’ bottom line, and improved processes and productivity.

Michel Moutia, Principal Consultant
Michel is a certified practicing risk manager with over 18 years industry experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, quality, safety, environmental and risk management.
Michel is experienced in the development and implementation of business risk, workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety, property protection, and environmental strategies.
He has presented on risk management topics at major conferences and contributes to industry publications.

Joanna Tedesco, Senior Consultant
Joanna is an expert in the field of workplace risk, particularly injury management and workers’ compensation disciplines.
She has managed a broad portfolio of small, medium and large business across security, logistics, aged care, health care, building and construction, public transport industries, manufacturing and cleaning. Joanna works collaboratively with clients and achieves results driven by clients’ needs.

Susan Penfold, Senior Consultant
Susan is a highly regarded professional in the area of Workers Compensation (& Safety). She has previously assumed senior roles in large organisations and has extensive experience in employer, insurer and consulting roles.
Susan assists businesses in managing workers’ compensation to effect cost reduction and ensure that rigorous management systems are established and maintained. Her knowledge and competencies span all Australian (Federal and State) and New Zealand jurisdictions. She will add depth and strength to our team and capability.
