Karen Temm, Principal Consultant

Karen TemmKaren has over 20 years experience in the risk management and insurance industry specialising in the management of People Risks – this includes the integrated management of safety, rehabilitation and compensation, public liability, product safety and event management.

Karen has partnered a number of organisations in developing and implementing practical and effective safety and workers’ compensation management systems that have had a positive impact on productivity and bottom line profit. She also works with a number of organisations at the board level to assist in the setting of strategic direction and long term improvement strategies.

Karen is an experienced lead auditor.

She has conducted many investigations under legal professional privilege.

Karen has worked in a broad cross section of industries specialising in medium to large business including manufacturing, transport and logistics, retail, hospitality, education and event management. Mike Juleff, Principal - Sustainability

Mike JuleffMike has nearly 40 years experience across all facets of industry and government. He has had multiple senior management roles in environmental and risk consultancies and led development, installation and management of integrated business risk and sustainable growth programmes in Australia, Europe and South East Asia - both national and international. Keith Wilks-Gordon, Consultant

Keith Wilks-GordonKeith has over twenty-five years experience as a practitioner in workplace safety, workers compensation, rehabilitation, OH&S auditing, and training with government agencies, regulators,  and private companies in the United Kingdom and in the State of Victoria.

Keith ‘s career includes extensive experience in engaging and influencing a positive, pro-active workplace safety culture at all levels to assist with optimum learning and safety outcomes for all personnel.

He has previously held management roles with responsibility for compensation, rehabilitation, safety, and environment in retail, logistics, utilities, and property maintenance industries. In addition, Keith worked as a Senior WorkSafe Victoria OHS and Return to Work (RTW) Inspector with exposure to workplace emergency response and as a Management  Systems Specialist in the Large Employer Division which included OH&S audit oversight of ten of the state’s thirty self insurers.

Keith has tertiary qualifications in allied health, OH&S, government inspection, training systems and assessment, and lead auditing.

Natasha KennellyNatasha brings to Risk Strategies an extensive background in WorkCover Claims Management gained through her prior roles as a Case Manager and Injury Management Advisor with a WorkCover Insurance Agent. She has managed a broad portfolio of small, medium and large business across local government, public transport, construction, manufacturing and aged care.

Natasha has expertise in the processes and procedures with respect to injured worker compensation, rehabilitation and other relevant legislation and policy.

Natasha has project managed several process improvement projects utilising the Six Sigma Process Improvement Methodology.

Natasha provides guidance to organisations in developing and implementing effective injury & workers’ compensation management systems and has assisted with projects that positively impact on the clients’ bottom line, improved processes and productivity.
