Site Safety Managers/Coordinators:

We can provide a dedicated competent resource full time, part time or as required to manage all on-site safety activities and provide specialist advice and recommendations on safety to project managers and superintendents.

Project/Site Safety Plan

Working closely with key project personnel to understand the specifics of the job/project we will develop a tailored and specific Safety Management Plan that documents the safety accountabilities and expectations of all stakeholders engaged in the project, and outlines a process to manage safety that ensures compliance with all legislative requirements.

Safety in Design

Risk Strategies can provide advise, support and guidance to stakeholders relating to safety in design requirements. This may include running or participating in SID Risk Workshops, HAZOP studies, site inspections etc.

Site Inspection and Audit Program

A significant part of a robust contractor management program is to audit and inspect contractors engaged to undertake work, to evaluate their on-site safety performance, and where relevant conformance with their own Safety Management Plans. Risk Strategies can provide ‘one off’ audits or site inspections or develop and deliver a contractor audit and inspection program and report regularly on contractor performance.
