Our team of consultants are passionate about our work and strive to ensure we deliver valuable and worthwhile outcomes for our clients.


As a business that is all about constant improvement, each year, we ask our clients to provide feedback about their experience working with us and the quality of our consulting services to help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve – collectively and individually.

 

With integrity and accountability being among our core values, we believe it is important we own and share the results of our Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey (good or bad). In that spirit, this Summary Report provides an overview of all 17 responses provided by clients we worked with during 2024/25.


Net Promoter score – 88
A true testament to the calibre and commitment of our experienced team of consultants, our Net Promoter score for 2024/25 was 88, with not a single Detractor and just 12% of respondents being Passives.

Did our services meet your expectations and deliver valuable and worthwhile outcomes for your company?

94% responded ‘absolutely’
