Based on the Integral Leadership Development Framework, the Leadership Essentials Program will support you, as a new, emerging, or seasoned leader, in developing the skills, knowledge and awareness to lead with authenticity, impact and ease.
The open enrolment program is ideal for individuals or smaller leadership teams who want to be better leaders.
Organisations with groups of six or more will find it more beneficial and cost-effective to have the program delivered exclusively to, or tailored to, your team and organisation's needs and goals. Contact us to find out more.

Workshop dates and location
The program will be delivered in person at 380 St.Kilda Road, Melbourne, between 9 am and 1 pm on Thursday:

The sequential nature of the content means missing one or more workshops will hinder your development. As a result, we do not allow others to attend in your absence.
Your investment – $3,000 + GST
Participation in the Open Enrolment Leadership Essentials Program is $3,000 + GST and includes:

Four structured, engaging, practical and relevant workshops that will help you to develop the skills, knowledge and awareness to lead comfortably and confidently.

Practical activities and assignments to support you in solidifying, practising and integrating the learnings into your leadership role and activities.

Learning journal and workbook detailing core concepts, techniques and approaches for future reference.
Transferring or cancelling your registration
If you are unable to attend, an individual from your organisation may attend in your place at no additional charge, provided written notification is received prior to the commencement of the course.
If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify Risk Strategies in writing. If you cancel:

14 or more days before the course commences, you will receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee.

7–14 days before the course commences, you will receive a 50% refund
-
less than 7 days before the course commences, no refund will be provided.
